So I was thinking of making a sandstorm team. Gen III cause I'm using my PSP to play. It's shiny gold so some pokemon won't be available and I'm using it to battle the in game trainers. I have no idea how to make a team so I guess I'm expecting a lot of help.

In terms of move I guess I should depend on earthquake a lot right? Should I keep dragon breath on Flygon for coverage even though it uses his worse Spec Atk skill?
