[edit] QOTD (Question of the day)

THERE ISNT ANY HURRRR -Shortcat 13:23, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Internal links to boards

Is anyone else having problems creating internal links to the 420chan boards? It seems like half the time they won't work. I've particularly noticed they don't work on talk pages and special pages. (Kiyae 17:41, 19 November 2009 (UTC))

I'm pretty sure you put a colon in front when linking to any articles starting with a backslash (eg. [[:/b/]]). Is that what you were asking? :x -Shortcat 19:57, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Video hosting

I'm going to make a video tutorial on how to shoot up because noone is going to learn how from whats written on the IV page, the people that wrote that are clueless. I need a host that wont remove the video because of its content, any suggestions? Id prefer it on this server -Tom 12:57, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

Use Liveleak, make sure you don't show face or identifing stuff --Snorlax 06:04, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
I recommend finding a pre-existing video tutorial, animated if possible, and not posting one of you personally shooting up. Tryin' to minimize liability here. -Shortcat 13:23, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Strain Pages Needed

Hey kids, just a reminder that there are still many cannabis strains lacking pages, so if you're looking for something to work on I reccomend filling out some of those. A short summary of the strain is always nice, but real details and a picture of the strain are more important, and remember we have the Drugbox and Strain navigation templates! -Shortcat 11:37, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

http://www.marijuanareviews.com/ is a good site for images and descriptions. --Muckswirl

[edit] Image Upload Issues

Having problems uploading, viewing, displaying an image? This problem is being discussed Here. If you are experiencing problems or have knowledge, expertise, information, requests for graft to stop causing problems, or something to contribute to solving this issue, please chime in. [edit] Stubs and Small Articles

If you've been editing fiercely and thoroughly and you've been reading the discussion pages of some of the articles, you've probably noticed that many people have been complaining that certain articles are "doomed" to remain stubs forever. Of course the obvious response if "taimapedia is a specialty wiki, so specialty pages are necessary, even if they will always lack content". So, should we set up some kind of guidelines to decide which articles are stubs that will always be stubs and should be deleted or merged, and which articles are just small, specific and need to stay? Does this make any sense to anyone but me? (Kiyae 02:32, 3 September 2009 (UTC))

The ones that caught my attention were some terminology pages. I think a page with several related definitions would be better. If individual definitions started becoming large enough to warrant their own pages they could be split off. The pages could be redirects to list to make linking easier and make it easier to migrate if they become large enough to need thier own article. I'd noticed after I made a few comments on the talk pages that these stubs seem to the the norm for terminology pages, so I linked them to that category. I'm fine either way Colonel Panic 03:22, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Text Boxes Burn My Retina

Example. Can the style be adjusted?

Twigz 12:46, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

Lighter grey with a white border, perhaps? :3 -Shortcat 20:08, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
That would fit the color scheme better. --Jiff 18:05, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
Welp, I tried but I can't for the life of me find a way to change the colors when using

... seems too ingrained in HTML. Or maybe I'm just a retard. -Shortcat 13:23, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
